Alicerce Method

Clarity to decide.
Structure to act.

A method to understand your business, choose priorities and turn decisions into action.

Where the method comes from

A career of practice and study, brought together in one method.

I built Alicerce from the practical experiences and studies throughout my career. It connects the approaches I use to explore businesses, facilitate decisions and learn from implementation.

Design Thinking

Listen, explore needs and experiment before settling on a solution.

Lean Business Model

Make business assumptions explicit and test them with the smallest necessary investment.

Complexity theory

Read relationships and context, learn from what emerges and adapt the approach.

Social business

Consider value, impact and economic sustainability together.

Strategy and Tactical are not two separate deliveries

A growth strategy without a communication plan cannot be executed. And the reverse is also true. Therefore, when the diagnosis recommends the full cycle, business and communication come together in the same delivery (not as a separate service).

Criteria before choices

An opportunity needs to fit the business.

Demand
Is there a real signal of interest?
Capacity
Are the people, time and processes there?
Economics
Does the choice make sense in margin and investment?
The origins and foundations of the Alicerce Method

Where it comes from

The Alicerce Method was not born from a course, nor from a theory applied from the outside in. It was born from repeating the same way of investigating, deciding and acting in very different contexts, until it became a process that sustains itself.

I worked in strategy and innovation inside a forestry-based industry, tested social impact businesses, moved from pure agency execution to the strategic consulting model, built an entire education business from scratch inside a startup studio, and today sustain my own international operation company with the same reasoning.

The common thread between these places was not the sector. It was deciding with data before acting, and simplifying what can be simplified without losing rigor.

This, tested and repeated, is what today becomes the three pillars below.

The name is no accident. Alicerce (foundation) is what no one sees, but what supports everything.

Who it's for

The expert turned owner

Teacher, therapist, coach, personal trainer, niche consultant. Created their own method, has clients, but the business still depends 100% on them and doesn't move forward on its own.

"I work a lot, grew to this point, but I don't know how to go further without working even more."

The SMB owner at the ceiling

Business with a small team, present but stagnant revenue. Many open fronts, suppliers that depend on decisions, nothing that advances consistently.

"I have a lot going on, but nothing really moves forward. I don't know what to cut or what to prioritize."

It also serves founders in idea phase, especially those with proven expertise who need to turn knowledge into a structured business.
